The physics class has been doing some interesting homework lately. In fact, they haven’t been doing the normal book work. They have been building bridges in class for the last two weeks in school. These bridges are made out of a really soft wood, which is called balsawood. After they finish building their bridges, they will compete to see who has the best bridge. Their bridges will be scored on their efficiency to hold weight and design. After the physics class finishes their contest, they will pick a few people to compete for some money at the Physics Bowl. Mr. Neuharth said, “These are the best bridges I’ve seen built in the class, and this is going to be the best year.”
