America is known for eating prepared food or fast food that in my opinion is delicious but we have to be realistic and say that it’s not really healthy. In Spain in general we eat a lot of pork and fish. But depending on the zone that you live in you are going to eat one kind of food or another. If we talk about the north side we will see that the most common food is different kinds of fish. In the middle and most part of Spain we find a very expensive kind of pork called Serrano or Iberico. And at the Mediterranean coast (is where I’m from) there is one kind of diet called Mediterranean diet consisted of eating in a measure different kinds of food
