Volleyball Wraps Up

The last two regular season games were tough for the Lady Warbirds. On Monday, October 22, the volleyball team had a hard matchup against Redfield/Doland. The Warbirds played hard but still lost in 3 sets. The following night, the Faulkton Area Trojans came to town to play the fierce Lady Warbirds. This was a hard last game for the Lady Warbirds as they lost in 3 sets again.

Excited to go into regions, the Lady Warbirds loaded the bus on Monday, October 29th, to play Iroquois at DeSmet. The Lady Warbirds swept the Chiefs in 3 sets (25,9)(25,16)(25,18). After the exciting win, the volleyball team travelled all the way to White, SD, to play Estelline/Hendricks. The Lady Warbird fought hard. Although the Lady Warbirds didn’t come out on fire, they came together to work hard and never give up.
