This Warhawks are having an outstanding season so far. They have five state-ranked athletes: Joey Hoverson is ranked 11th in the state, Keegan Haider is ranked 3rd in the state, Tate Haider is ranked 3rd in the state, Riley Stevens is ranked 12th in the state, and Camden Jost is ranked 9th in the state. Regions are coming up soon, and there has been some stress because the Warhawks were not able to wrestle in weeks past due to a health problem. During wrestling season, it is very hard to keep the wrestling team clean from any skin infections and other harmful things. They are very excited that the end of the season is near. The Warhawks only have two more normal tournaments before regions. To make it to the state tourney, each individual wrestler has to place in the top four in his weight class. The wrestlers who make it to the state tourney have to win two matches in order to make it into the placing rounds. The wrestlers have to make weight two days in a row, which is very hard for the kids who are cutting a lot of weigh. After they get done wrestling, they have to run off the extra weight they put on during the day so they can make weight the next day.  Wish them luck during this stressful time!
